Effective Date: December 15, 2024We want every experience with Lyrion Atelier to feel thoughtful and satisfying. This Refund Policy explains how we handle refunds, replacements, exchanges, and returns for both digital oracle readings and physical merchandise.
- Oracle Readings: 100% satisfaction guarantee – refund within 48 hours.
- Physical Products: Free replacements for defects within 7 days; exchanges within 14 days.
- Refund Processing: 5-7 business days after approval.
1. Oracle Readings (Digital Products)
- 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: Full refund within 48 hours of delivery, no questions asked.
- How to Request:
- Email admin@lyrionatelier.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and the email used at purchase.
- Provide a brief explanation (optional).
- Processing Time: 1-2 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once processed.
- Exclusions: Requests after 48 hours or readings that have been shared or resold are not eligible.
2. Physical Products (Apparel and Merchandise)
Defective or Damaged Items:
- Free replacement or full refund.
- Report within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide photos of the defect/damage and packaging.
- We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund including shipping.
Wrong Item Received: We will send the correct item free of charge and provide a prepaid return label if needed.
Size Exchanges:
- One free size exchange within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
- Customer pays return shipping for non-defective exchanges; replacement ships free.
- Email us with your order number and desired size to start the exchange.
Change of Mind Returns:
- Store credit within 14 days of delivery.
- Original shipping cost is non-refundable.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and include all tags.
- Customer pays return shipping; refunds are issued as store credit only.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom or personalized merchandise (unless defective).
- Worn, washed, or altered items.
- Items with removed tags.
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective).
3. How to Initiate Return/Exchange
- Email admin@lyrionatelier.com within the applicable timeframe.
- Provide your order number, the item(s) involved, and the reason for the request.
- Attach photos if the item is defective or damaged.
- Receive return instructions within 1-2 business days.
- Package items securely, ideally in the original packaging.
Important: Do not ship items without return authorization.
4. Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receipt and approval of the return.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Banks and card issuers may take an additional 5-10 business days to post funds.
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
Follow the return process and specify the desired size or color. Replacements ship after we receive and inspect the original item. If the requested item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit.
6. Cancellations
- Before Production: Full refund if requested within 24 hours of purchase.
- After Production or Delivery: Standard refund and exchange policies apply.
- How to Cancel: Email us with your order number as soon as possible.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages after delivery is confirmed by the carrier. If a package is missing, please check with neighbors, contact the carrier, and email us. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will provide a replacement or refund.
8. International Orders
- Customers are responsible for customs fees, duties, taxes, and import costs.
- Return shipping for international orders is the customer's responsibility unless the issue is our error.
- Refunds exclude customs or import fees already paid.
